Diana Carmona,
Secretary of the General Women’s Board Ministry

Diana Carmona is originally from the Rio Grande Valley – Weslaco, TX. She spent 20 years in
Dallas, TX serving as a Sunday School Teacher, Treasurer and a Board Member at Iglesia
Buenas Nuevas Celina under Pastor Rev. Ezequiel Perez and his wife Sandy Perez.
At the age of 15 she accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Lord and Savior, underwent water
baptism and filled with God’s Holy Spirit. She retired after 30 years of employment with the
Teacher’s Retirement System is currently working with an Architect Firm in McAllen, TX.

Her ministry includes foreign missions where she has traveled across Central America (Mexico,
Nicaragua & Honduras). The Word was delivered through a lesson, arts & crafts and end the
day with a meal. Ms. Carmona has found the most joy in carrying the word of God, wherever
she may be called and especially enjoy sharing the gospel with children.

Her greatest joy is knowing that both her parents accepted Jesus Christ as their personal
Savior. Her goal is to continue spreading the Word to the lost.
