Director of the Missionettes for Christ
Juanita (Janie) Breseman
Janie is now a member of Emmanuel Christian Church in Kingsville, Texas where she serves as the Women’s Ministry President and the local Assistant MFC Director. She also serves as the MFC Coordinator for the Corpus Christi Region
She accepted the Jesus Christ as her personal Savior at the age of 15. She had the desire to teach the children of the love she had for her Lord. She taught Sunday School for the age group of 5 to 12. While teaching, she also helped them learn about fund-raising and with the funds earned took a field trip to the Gladys Porter Zoo in Brownsville, Texas.
Janie was also very active as a youth and was named the president of her local church as well the Corpus Christi District. The Lord also helped her during one of the Youth United for Christ conventions and was elected as National Treasurer.
Janie became involved with the MFC Ministry after her daughter, Jeanna, was 8 years old. The chapter from the local church had been dormant for several years and it was during the reinstatement of the chapter, that Janie felt the “tug” to assist; not knowing that assisting would mean teaching a terrific group of girls..
Janie is currently retired from the Texas Department of Human Services after working 27 years with the State. She lives in Bishop, Texas and has been happily married to Jon Breseman for 25 years and has a daughter, Jeanna, whom she says was a miracle child God gave them.
